Separating oxidizing inclusion within steel with inert gas(Ar, N3)

Outgassing steel
Processing and removing oxidative inclusion within steel and ‘C’ in vacuum, and making steel after fine-tuning treatment into slab

Making steel
Making steel after pre-processing with slab

Hot rolling
Hot rolling operation after heating slab to the proper temparture at the furnace

Picked Oiled Coil
Removing iron oxide within hot rolled coil using HCl

Cold Roller Steel
Removing rolling oil attached to hot rolled coil surface

Electrolytic cleaning
