Clean

Electrolylic Cleaning

Removing the residue rolling oil of the strip by electrolytic cleaning and fireworks for improving plating adhesion

An/Pl

Annealing / Plating

In the process of confirming materials and formability of the final products, conducting annealing to pass through melted zinc vessel and then trying to zinc plating. The plating adhesion quantity is adjusted to the customers requirement(60~720g/m2)
Alloying

Alloying

For the improvement of welding properties that is a weak point of GI, forming alloy layer of Zn-Fe by heating strip in the furnace at about 550℃

REGULAR

REGULAR SPANGLE (SR재)

On the surface of molten zinc, normally coagulated at room temperature to have the texture and luster of zinc

Main Usage: construction materials,Pipe, appliances inner plate, chassis etc.

MINI

MINI SPANGLE (SM)

During the molten zinc is coagulated on the plate surface, retarding zinc crystalline formation to form fine grain and the surface is uniform and has a beautiful appearance compared to the SR having corrosion resistance and good painting capacity

Main Usage: furniture, appliances inner and outer plate, interior, automobile inner plate

GALVA

GALVA (GA)

as the product that heats the coil suffering N-molted zinc plating in Gavaneal Furnace and forms Zn-Fe alloy layer, having a superior weldabilty and painting capacity relative to SR and SM
